This original ink painting starts out as a play with ink movements but as the painting evolves, it moves into the realties of the many forest fires around the world, being doused to result in steam and smoke with the bright yellows, reds and oranges in the back ground. The trees and branches sit in the foreground and the abstract, impressionistic painting resembles a bright fiery activity beyond the tree line. The sun is seen in the sky as a clear ball, being outlined by the smoky air skyline in the horizon. The horizontal landscape, semi-abstract painting is bold, bright and moving.
