This colorful fun wholesome "Summer Bliss Farm" original, handmade, painting, is completed in mixed media and cold wax oil, and presents an old time story with a young couple, on the farm. The story is of the simple life, returning home after the war, to a farm, full of hope life and dreams. The life is easier, the steam train blows through the land. The couple is holding hands, as they walk through the flowers, with their dog. I painted this as a commission piece, the train, the barn the wild flowers, hollyhock and water tower, were all a part of the request. I am always thrilled when a customer loves a painting.
