Description
This small commissioned painting by Patty Donoghue is a small 8x8 piece handmaid using acrylic and alcohol inks on a synthetic paper. The loosely painting of a Heart, a ring of Thorns and a Cross represent the Sacred Heart of Jesus Christ and the story of the Sacrifice and Grace that is given to all that choose to accept it. The subject agains the blue impressionistic sky gives the viewer the belief that picking it out of the sky is a possibility; The ironic thing is that it actually is that easy for one to accept this gift.
This piece is ideal for cards or smaller motivational prints for the smaller and quieter nook in the home.

Here's a beautiful depiction of one of the most iconic concepts in Western cultures. Sadly, it has been tarnished quite a bit by the Evangelicals who have been making a satanic bargain with politics and The Republican party, especially with Donald Trump, the modern-day anti-Christ evil personified.
