This piece has evolved over the weeks and again captures the emotional moods so typical of Donoghue's artwork. The Mt Everests challenge and defeat for so many climbers. The awe of something so fresh and innocent but so treacherous. This semi abstract landscape does resemble cold snow capped mountains against a sharp blue cloudy sky. The medium makes this piece easy to spend time with and to enjoy.
