This original roadrunner painting, is in an abstract, impressionist style. I used acrylic paint, chalk paint, and glue, on a 24x24x1.5 " canvas. The commissioned piece was originally made for a new home owner, living in the Arizona landscape. Enjoying the rusty brown colors, of the southwest, and this amazing endangered bird. She helped construct the composition, of this painting. The painting is and ideal main attraction, as a featured painting, for over a fire place, or large wall, in a dining room. The colors are exciting, and the mixture of blended browns, yellows, pinks, reds, make it beautiful, for space with leather couches, warm tones, of a southwest style.
